Direct beef selling
Our farm is specialized in the breeding of charolais beef.
It is the principal branch of the production.
The 204 cows are fatted with feed produced on the farm
(pasture, hay, silage of grass). The meat is absolutely free
from GMO (genetically modified organisms).

Direct selling
The meat is vacuum packed.
It is sold by packet of 12, 15 or 20 kilos.
Each packet is composed of a choice of pieces allowing you to cook varied.
The farm (see below) is certified biological.
It guarantees you meat of higher quality produced with
the respect to the nature.
Each packet is labelt detailed with indications
on the producer, the description of the piece, the number of the packet,
the date of packing, the weight, etc.
The meat can be preserved perfectly in the freezer during a few months.
